5th grade students participated in a mock “Town Hall Meeting” to discuss migrant workers as a writing celebration. Individuals served as cabinet members, concerned citizens, and members of the media. What a wonderful, engaging way to put all of their learning into action! #ExplorerNation

Our Salvation Army Toy Drive ends tomorrow, Friday, December 9th. We have collected 128 toys to benefit area children to date. If you are able, please help us reach our goal of 200 toys to brighten the holiday season.

We had a wonderful time engaging in winter activities with our OES families today. One family worked in groups to create the tallest freestanding snowman. Their planning and preparations encouraged teamwork, engineering, and communication skills!





Day 2 of our annual Salvation Army Toy Drive brought 28 more gifts for children in need this holiday season. Thank you for your continued generosity Explorer Nation!
